Made to order
Every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. During busy seasons, production may take a little longer.
Shipping
Delivery time begins after production is complete and varies by destination and shipping method. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Returns
Because each piece is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
